Olivetti would like all clients to be aware that the Olivetti Pr2e is a superseded model and was replaced by the Olivetti Pr2plus in 2007. Olivetti is aware that there have been instances of parallel importing into Australia and would like to make clear that it does not support grey marketed products. On Group, Olivetti’s official distributor in Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific receives specialised training, has access to a full technical library, receives new firmware updates and the full support of Olivetti Italy. Any machines bought from a parallel channel will not receive support or warranty from either On Group or Olivetti.

If you have been offered a Pr2e you will be purchasing a parallel imported item without the support of Olivetti S.p.A head office. Olivetti asks that you discuss your specialised banking needs with On Group to ensure that you receive GENUINE AUTHORISED Olivetti Products that have been designed for the Australian and associated markets.
